and I don't buy the "players aren't good enough" thing

    yeah I dont either.

There is def a disconnect between whatever Fozzie has planned and what we are executing (or not executing)

Be nice to see something a bit different, even if we were scoring bucket loads of tries and conceding loads (the Chiefs way under Fozzie) but we seem to just be seeing more of what we have for the past 3 years

Has it been mentioned that last week's AB team was better than this week's?

Argentina on the other hand have had months of build up for this one game, to beat a team they have never beaten and a clear game plan to train for.

Wait, Argies don't have family? If I was an AB I'd be training to beat a team we'd never lost to.

The interesting thing with all this COVID hubs/bubbles or whatever you want to call it for teams away from home ,

In the AFL and nrl , teams that won the comp had been away from home for months and even the warriors seemed to form a brotherhood bond that won them respect , it almost seems some sides were able to tap into something and use it to their advantage when they hit the field even if there was some homesick stuff going on off the field .

And some didn’t, see North Melbourne, Demons, Bombers, Hawthorn..

@junior ah ok, well guess same question applies to Evans.

Although uncle Google says he's been there and still there...

Enoka seems like a lovely man and appears to have played a significant role in developing the culture in the ABs. I'm less convinced about his ability as a sports psych, because he's been involved for a long time during which we've had some monumental mental breakdowns. To be fair to him, he's also been part of some of our best days, so he deserves at least some credit.

About time JB had a turn at 15. Best fb all year.
    Smith 9 -Mounga 10 -ALB 12 -Beauden 13 -Clarke 11-Ioane 14-Jordie 15

So obvious Sotutu is the best 8

    Just need leader and coach
Would Coles f**k about if McCaw was on the paddock?

@BerniesCorner the fuck?? BB at 13?

@MN5 not sure what relevance Fozzies weight has, seems plenty of people stick the boot in on that aspect, when it has zero reflection on his ability as a coach (doubt he'd be a better coach if he was ripped)

People function better in all aspects of life at a healthy weight. I'm sure it wouldn't hurt.

@MN5 Given nothing of what he does needs to be made off the cuff where weight and fitness providing clarity of thought while exhausted would be relevant.

Just think it is a wrong to be calling him fat all the time (similarly people called Hansen fat too)

You’re right in that it doesn’t effect his coaching but it just shows gluttony and a lack of self discipline to me. It’s not like he can’t afford healthy food and access to training and diet advice.

I guess our opinions will have to differ.

I remember Fozzie saying they were going to up the physicality and pick more specialists.

    What a load of BS.

Doesn't that just go to show how arrogant he's been? Just like a fucking politician, he came into the job preaching hope and change, sending the people the message they wanted to hear, and now he's in the job he's continued on with his bone-headed plan that was an abject failure last year.
