I hate losing but I am feeling overly happy for Argentina. Good on them. We got given a lesson tonight.

I was spewing when we lost our record to Ireland but don’t have that tonight. They were awesome.

An Aussie win followed by an Aussie coached teams first win over us is some foul, foul medicine.

We don't play Scotland any time soon do we?

Scotland would win after about 6 penalty goals and a couple of droppies

@Kirwan Ardie is the wrong number 8 for any team that matches us. Hoskins should start now. We have lots of 6s just need to pick the best.

IMO Ardie actually played quite well. He definitely wasn't the worst player out there and had a lot of energy for the final try. He just didn't offer what we needed tonight.

He's a good player. The starting 7 or bench option.

I know that everyone is climbing into Foster. The cracks were there at the World Cup. They need a rethink. We have to find a way to win the contact and that means different players.

The only good thing I can take from this season is that it's better we fuck up now rather than in 2022 & 2023. You get flashes of good stuff but it's balanced by too much seriously stupid play and and at times what seems like blind panic.

Can understand wobbles with team building and new styles but the basics have gone to shit. Perhaps some smarter rugby brains than me can see Fozzie developing some new master plan and tactics, but I sure as hell can't.

Is that better or worse than his record with the Chiefs?

Because Foster was there for the WC rot and has just carried on the mistakes. Ardie at 8 for example.

He played well...but he played like a 7...so we had one tackling 7 and one running 7...and were missing an 8

@hydro11 this is classic Hoopcock thinking. They were both the best flankers around and both left it all out there but it never ever fucking worked post 2015.
