Bledisloe Three: Sydney, 31 October

Jordie has done well but Jordan is the bigger attacking threat, as good or better with the high ball and can play FB. With 2 goal kickers on the field already, Jordie's main advantage is irrelevant. I'm hoping Clarke and Sotutu play well, we need to be testing these guys now and Clarke has shown he has the temperament and x-factor needed for test football.

Forecasting thunderstorms for the afternoon but it should clear up and will be fine at kickoff. The ground drains pretty well too so conditions should be good.
Thunderstorms are just kicking off now ... I hope they're over by the time I'm walking to my seat!

Don't forget a towel to wipe seats!
About to head down to the Ettamogah for a few drinks with the club before we uber in. Tho after yesterday's work drinks I'm inclined to drive...
Yep, got a towel! And ponchos, gloves and beanies for the kids - I'm running with the "red wine" heating system for myself.

@Chris-B I agree, Jordie made huge strides this year in minimising those silly errors and he was safe as houses for the Canes under the high ball.
I still question him as a winger because of his speed but he is still a solid option there.

Rain radar:

Turn on Weather Observations (right of screen) and there's one for Sydney Olympic Park.

I'm sure that's what Fozzie's happy to settle for for now.
Jordan and Reece's games are a bit more risk and reward - in particular, Will makes things happen through skills allied with speed - but, that can go horribly wrong - and a test debut is a likely place for that to happen, so best to ease him in vs the Argies or dead rubber games.
When we play this fixture next year I'll be surprised and disappointed if Jordan isn't locked in by then.

@Nepia I've packed 3 massive black bin liners for us!
Yeah, I went poncho shopping yesterday.
Bright and sunny again just now.
Weather has hit out here again. Severe thunderstorm and hail warning for about an hour from now.
I have switched my plans to driving. But I need to prebook parking. But I can't prebook on the day 🙄

Not a great place to get to transport wise.. Not optimal but one fo my tricks is parking around Ermington and getting a bus in and out. There is a drop off point just behind the stadium

I really don't see much similarity between Ben Smith and JB, even if both are FBs playing on the wing..
