Yes, I read (on the London gathering thread) that you'd been watching your food intake this week. In particular, watching an entire bucket of KFC (and chips) disappear before your very eyes!! <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /> The dangers of drinking and getting hungry!
Yep, It's a farken curse! Being hungover Tuesday didn't help either

    Fuck it!!

Just checked out the three hotels in Manila that my Bank lets us use and none of them have Rowing Machines in the Gyms.

I'm really enjoying my rowing at the moment too.

rip into a weights circuit type thing - you'll enjoy the change too, and when you get back into the rowing, you'll be surprised how much a little rest can improve you, your times and attitudes!!! First row back crank into a PB attempt at some distance or other, you'l cream it.

This week has started well and I'm still on target for ten sessions at the gym.

I've found a food group that I hadn't previously noticed and have been enjoying it for lunch. It consists of Lettuce, tomatoes and other summery vegetables. I have yet to learn the name, but apparantly I was dodging them

Over half way through the week and the weight sessions have been so enjoyable. A noticable difference after only 2 weeks.

Cardio inn the Arvo has been intense as well. I went to my first spin class in an age, at it was great. Felt strong the whole way through but was knackered at the end.

No junk food at all this week, but having Pizza tonight for the England game. No beers though

Weights again this morning and I was flying.

All my weights have increased by at least 25% in just the 2-3 weeks. Felt excellent this morning and can now do about ten chin ups at the end of the session when I'm knackered.

Way to go Hooroo, keep up the good work mate. You will have to drop in to lift some tin with me in Robbos gym sometime when you are back home.

Week going well so far. and I look on target for 8 sessions. Weights going extremely well and I now don't feel as hungry as I was last week, yet I have still cut down on portion size.

Can defeinitely see a difference in shape around the shoulders and legs. Fat guts is still fat guts but it's definitely looser around the waistline
