Maybe. Tyson relied on scaring the shit out of guys he faced. When they didn't fear him he lost a huge advantage. Those Klitchko boys might appear a bit dour but they also don't look like they scare too easily.....

Kind of agree,

But it's also a bit of a myth imo. It was true during the late 90's, but not so much in his younger year that I'm referring to

Tyson had power, amazing speed of hand and excellent defensive ability..... Mike was outboxing and outjabbing good boxers with a massive reach advantage. It takes exceptional skill to do so.

Later on in his career, his skills were diminished somewhat, then he did rely on intimidation. But before his prison stretch whether or not you feared him, he'd find a way to beat you.

Look at the Razor Ruddock fights, he wasn't scared yet Tyson found a way.

Although the second Bruno fight and Spinks were 100% won before he even stepped in the ring.

Easily. Tyson's entire career was fighting taller guys with more reach and a lot of them could actually box.

He was a machine ,

But he relied on blowing guys away early , its whether he could get inside him , would that big jab and frame keep him out for those early rounds ,

I would back Klitschko to finish him off if it went to middle rounds

Wow that host is terrible. Kellerman is a master in these building the tension to sell the fight, this fellow seemed to try and diffuse any tension with nervous jokes and laughter.

After confidently and correctly picking via the fern that Shane Cameron wouldn't get past round two vs Tua I've been brought down to earth with a crashing halt. Never saw that one coming in a million years.

This fight has just been bizarre from the start. First we had a postponement due to injury, then the controversy over the gloves and canvas, and now the result. I suppose we shouldn't be surprised.

You have to admire Fury for backing up his bravado.

Not me , but I think it's good for the sport and good for Joseph ( not that he is ready yet ) as the door opens a little more with klitchko career pretty much finished now

It's surprising but Wlad is getting old. Age had to catch up at some point, I just didn't think it would be this point. I would probably love to see Wilder vs Fury or Fury vs Joshua. Fury is quite choosy about who he fights.

How on earth did one of the judges get 116 to 111? Was a very close fight, but imho Fury didn't do enough to win it.

Fury has a very weird way of boxing, I suspect that put Klitschko off, hard to box when the opponent is all over the place.

Edit: looks like he will take up the rematch option.
