The battle of the quiet achievers at this world cup. One of these buggers is gonna be one game from the final with next to no fanfare! Sneaky sneaky.

If history is anything to go by France advance.

I’m fairly certain that France have only been knocked out at the QF stage once and that was 2015 by the ABs.

    91 v England?

    Ahh yes.

Still picking France for this one.

    Still that was last century.

I'm surprised you're even talking about it. There was no RWC in 1991, right?

That world cup existed, that was the time when young Nepia realised that god doesn't exist, because there was no way he wouldn't let MJ play in the semi final if he did.

France looked bloody dangerous in the first half vs Argentina - cutting them to pieces - and pretty awful afterwards.

Bloody French. Not to be trusted!

Amazing how that 'Allez les bleu' chant still strikes an emotional chord in me 12 years after witnessing the horrors at Cardiff.

Surely there can't be any french magic in this one. Wales by 13.
