If the weather is good, play just resumes from where it left off. If it’s a wash out, India go through as top qualifier.

Right so we need to go out swinging and get 10 an over at an absolute minimum.

As @Donsteppa says, play resumes as is and we finish our innings and India get 50 overs. Rain is likely again so DLS could well be involved.
Frustrating but hopefully the pitch has turned into a minefield with the moisture and if we can limp our way to 240-250. We will have to bowl them out though, their batting lineup will get that on most days.

Our only hope is Trent Boult skittles the Indians quickly.
This is also one of the worst CWC tournaments, except for that time in the West Indies when the CWC went on for about six months.

I think the drop in quality directly correlates with the Black Caps massive drop in form. I was loving it a few weeks ago.
