With dates & times (in NZT):

    QF1: Fri June 21: Crusaders v Highlanders, Christchurch Stadium Christchurch @ 19:35
QF 3: Sat June 22: Jaguares v Chiefs, Jose Amalfitani Stadium, Buenos Aires @ 10:05
QF 2: Sat June 22: Hurricanes v Bulls, Westpac Stadium, Wellington @ 19:35
QF 4: Sat June 22: Brumbies v Sharks, GIO Stadium, Canberra @ 22:05

Semis (highest ranked team to host):
    SF1: Winner QF1 v Winner QF2
    SF2: Winner QF3 v Winner QF4

Not one game being played in the Republic this week and possibly zero for the entire finals series - this must be a first and a big disappointment to all fans over there.

@Stargazer As per the stuff article I agree,Jackson is definitely on a hiding to nothing..
If the home side win, he’s gonna be accused of being a hometown official and if the chiefs win, a former chiefs player with a whistle .
Very poor from Sanzar , a hospital pass if ever I saw one.

Daryl Gibson has stepped down as Tahs coach with 1 year left on his deal.

I reckon he will be named the new Wallaby attack coach

\"Change of heart\" triggered Daryl Gibson's resignation decision

Daryl Gibson says a mid-season "change of heart" caused him to pull the pin on his time at the club midway through his contract.

The Waratahs are in the market for a new coach for 2020 after Daryl Gibson stepped down with a year left on his contract.

RUGBY.com.au understands Gibson informed NSW Rugby bosses and Waratahs players on Thursday of a decision to vacate his post.

NSW Rugby have announced a press conference with Gibson and NSW Rugby CEO Andrew Hore on Friday afternoon at their Daceyville headquarters.

Does he have to financially compensate the NSW RFU for his breach of contract?

Not if it's not mutual agreement, NSW probably want him gone too

Any chance he could end up taking O'Gara's place at Crusaders?

Ponga bombshell: Wallabies plan to poach NRL star

A heavyweight battle has erupted for Kalyn Ponga’s prized signature, with Wallabies coach Michael Cheika confirming he has spoken to the NRL superstar about a defection to rugby union.

More on this, apparently the response was if he was going to go back to rugby union, he'd want to be an All Black.

random Brad Weber update and his chances of making the RWC..

Fozzie was asked last night if Weber was going to the world cup.. obvious answer was no way could he respond..

but said that there was nothing more that he could have done this year to put his case forward to go to the world cup. Impressed with his attitude. said one thing holding him back previously was that he got 'a cloud over his head and focused too much on why he wasn't making the team', when he needed to just play his game. Had impressed with his fitness and his pass accuracy is much better (insinuation being that they had an issue with his pass...).

@Canes4life So the Canes will lose both reserve halfbacks. Can't wait hearing who they'll sign to replace them.

Judd’s a loss. But Beauden wasn’t on the leavers board so that’s a good sign.
