Chiefs 2019

@Yeahtheboys Just picking the maximum attacking potential team. Wainui will probably start on the wing.

Reckon the Blues may regret letting Manu go for an aging Nonu. Sure Nonu is premium quality, but how motivated will he really be? Whereas young gun Manu was really starting to forge a handy partnership with TJ Faiane at Auckland. Be interesting to see this young fella Manu grow and kick on with the likes of ALB (Likewise I'll be keeping a weather eye on Faiane). I'm looking forward to Version 2.0 of this Chiefs backline immensely.

Not sure if he would have been directly competing with Nonu for a spot but it was a terrible mistake from Umaga. He played well for the Blues Dev side, then played well for the real side as a winger before his great NPC season.
There is no excuse for the Blues not knowing how good he was. Will he kick on at the Chiefs? He'll be 26 at the end of next SR season and he's born in Samoa. I wouldn't be surprised to see him become available for Samoa because its a RWC year. That might limit how long he stays in super rugby.
