Yep. They deserved to go down. They looked slow, tired, badly organised and apathetic. It was hubris in the extreme to continue to have Löw there. He's been trainer since 2007 and was the brains behind Klinsmann before that. Stupid prick should have resigned at the top like Beckenbauer.

Man, there's some gloating going on in England at the moment over Germany's exit.
It's a wee bit pathetic really. I get the rivalry but it's based on Germany usually being the better team.
It kind of smacks of say, Australians gloating over a NZ defeat at the RWC to another team.
Have a chuckle at it, yeah. Poke a bit of borax. But once it starts looking like gloating, back away.

I've seen Neuer do the same for Bayern Munich in the CL. Germany needed to win not draw so had to score. 1-0 or 2-0 makes no difference.

Haha did you see the Belgian lad try to celebrate the goal by picking up the ball and hoofing it, only to kuck it straight in to the post and have it rebpund straight on to his head? Classic falcon

The winner has the easier Rd of 16 game (Japan instead of Colombia) but ends up on the tougher side of the draw (a potential QF vs Brazil).
Current Brazil? They're just as likely to be playing Mexico.

England haven't beaten anyone of note yet. No game for them should be considered a foregone conclusion. Goes to show how essential Harry Kane is, none of these other scrubs can score
