    No improvement. Chiefs were terrible.

The other NZ sides would have won by 20

    What rubbish.

If any journalist blames the Blues players rather than the coach then they should be shot. Shitload of commitment from the players. What the fuck was the 2nd half game plan?

Blues exits were the losing of the game, very much like the wallabies. Every kick was short and not out

Yay. Way to suck and still win. Blues are fucking hopeless.

    Job done.

Such a frustrating team. Keep the opposition scoreless for 43 minutes, but forget to use the ball.

We kick a shedload of ball away. Tough being in this conference - anywhere else and we'd be comfortably mid pack (and still not plaing great footy)

Thing is, Ruru's kicks didn't seem the greatest, but then they weren't going far so plenty of Blues players underneath...yet not one looking at the ball let alone attempting to catch (e.g. When Ofa almost got binned). What the fuck is up with that? Surely that's not the coach to blame.

Cane is always absolutely fucking buggered for his post match interviews. It's clear he gives 100% right to the final wistle even at this level - the guy is an absolute fucking champion.

YEs - but it took a few seasons for people to realise quite how good he was. Still not rated by some rugby punters, which baffles me.

HERE HE IS!! The knight in shining armour.

    You’ve been missed.

Blues fucking suck and they have the shitest coach to ever shit.

Chiefs were poo and we won’t be fighting it out come the true pointy end (final)

@tim Obviously it was to kick the ball straight to Alaimalo all night so he and their back 3 could run back 50 metres every time.

Really? I feel sorry for Akira but I can't say too many other players put their all in (that Faiane example was classic Blues).

    That’s a very lucky win.

I missed the last 15 minutes, but it was pretty rough watching there. Chiefs are down to not-good-enoughs having to start, but the blues are the blues.

I thought Dmac went relatively well until he was injured.

If there was someone at the Chiefs who thought that shipping off Tamanivalu was ok, because Ngatai, I’d like to kick them in the balls. We lost SBW and Tamanivalu to keep a foodbill.

@duluth agree,Parsons speaks of indiscipline, and the yellow card being the difference,No James, not having a strategy to get out of your own half was the big issue..,the high box kick was over used, what’s the definition of madness..?doing the same thing an expecting a different result..!
    Jezz this frustrating...!,
Can’t wait for the Mitre 10 Cup to start.

I’d hate to think what the score would have been without Akiras work in the forwards. He’s sparing Tanas blushes at the moment, no wonder the ‘Super Coach’ is running him into the ground for 80mins of every game.

Even managed some McCaw like cheating at the ruck for a turnover.

Tana should start Ruru every week. Much better than Nock.

So reckon that they're coached to box kick and then completely ignore where the ball is going? Pretty sure that wouldn't be the case, seems like laziness to me.
