Clearly Fatty is better just roaming - he was useful then, and Laumape did the job on the wing.
He's been Super Rugby quality this season, just not All Black quality. He still goes searching for contact way too much when he has the ball.

Rebels ran out of gas at around the 60 minute mark, and without Mafi don't offer much at the back end of the game.

I forgot how good the Canes defense has become. I expected this game to be 50-38. Rebel’s haven’t kept up their end.
