Finally got around to it! <br />

Clocked the three in 14:46. With more training at that pace, I reckon I could crack 14. But as exercise, it isn't as effective as longer runs for me mentally or physically, and it's hard to change between the two regularly.<br />
<br />
Grass was fairly firm with a couple of soft corners, but mown flat like the bloody Council insists on (silly buggers wonder why it dies off in winter). It was a good change from concrete, but running in an oval gets fkn boring... -
Thursday:<br />
<br />
•Climbed Mt Te Aroha along with 70 kids from my sons school. A mighty day out!!!<br />
<br />
•From school to mountain summit return 12km.<br />
<br />
•Mountain itself 952 metres 3.9km (7.8km return)<br />
<br />
•Extra 2.5km at 1145pm walking from Pub back home!!!!!
