Yeah, I agree, just making the point that when you can rule something like Akiras action a penalty when nothing happened and no on was in danger yet flag away a point of the shoulder into the ribs (potentially a season wrecker) the game has got confused.
I'm not even saying it was a penalty. Ref should have warned Duffie to be careful though with his timing. Eg do it again and it shows a technique problem -

That's like saying it isn't a high shot because the player was short.

No, really it's not. There's nothing in the laws that supports your assertion. The tackle wasn't a shoulder charge, nor was it high.
