In on 1880 cals a day without exercise. Training allows me to consume an additional 600 to 1000 calories per day depending on intensity and duration of course.

I'm losing between 750g to 1kg per week.

Am also trying to adhere to a 40/30/30 carb/pro/fat regime.

It's really helped me track the quality and quantity of what I'm eating. I'm weighing ingredients before meals and the graphing data keeps me aware of the types of food I'm consuming.

It all comes down to how honest and accurate the data you enter is. I've also found the app to be helpful in helping me plan what in going to eat each day.

Now that I've got abit of time off work I'm doing alot of boring low intensity longer duration fat burning mainly on the treadmill which seems to be shedding pounds a plenty.

Once I get down to the mid 90s Im planning to ditch the treadmill and start running on grass again. Providing the body handles the impact of the harder surface okay I might give Round the Bays a crack in March.

I shouldn't be too far off the mid 90s by then (Feb 16) unless I find I'm burning off lean tissue as well like I did during Body For Life in 2006.

I'm not as worried about how heavy I am anymore. Rather Im focussed on my power to weight ratio. So long as I can squat and Deadlift twice my bodyweight I'm happy.

I also want to learn to run properly. I was always a good sprinter in my younger days (could regularly gas the backs at training and in even in club games..... in my twenties anyway) but have always been a real plodder at anything over 400 metres. I'm not sure if its technical, physiological, mental or a combination of all three but I'm pants at running. I would struggle with the police fit rest which is something pissy like 2.4km in 11:30.

The exciting thing is to see his much I can improve before my body packs up completely.
