@Bones Haha I did predict it might swap in the second half!

Canes a bit of a shocker all around really. Their forwards other than Ardie are pretty weak.

Rieko should be AB 11 on form.

@Crucial I was streaming sky sports 1 UK and the video was about 45 seconds ahead of the audio for most of the second half.

    Stream not entirely legal.

Mine just keep dropping (legal one).

I was seemingly in sync with the thread if not the realtime but suddenly I was reading about a try that hadn't happened. Maybe some ferners learned to type quicker.

@No-Quarter Not so easy to play smart when your forward pack is on the back foot all day.

Fair point, the Canes forwards will need to remove their heads from their own asses once again, as was entirely predictable. But TJP made some poor errors, and fair play to him he called himself out in the post-match as needing to be far more clinical.

@KiwiMurph It'll be a shocker if J Savea starts. He does very little each game.

I haven't read the game comments yet but ALB kept Laumape very quiet with excellent defence.

He's a smart guy and knows what happened but hasn't yet found the ability to deal with it before the post match interview. Gets dragged into the problems mentally.
Must spend a lot of time with the sports psych.

Chiefs were really good tonight, great scrum, real desire. really deserved their away win

But I reckon they're fucken dicks

They carry on like Aussies or Lions - always yapping and slagging off

Fucken ashamed that NZ rugby has stooped so low.

And get fucked Chief's supporters, sure all teams do it, but you fluffybunnies give the Poms and Aussies a run for their money!

@Bovidae What a shame that Chiefs are going to be denied the chance of fielding a full strength team against Lions. I think they'd have a good shot at rolling them.

@Siam Criminal not to when the likes of TJ and Ardie rise to the bait without fail.

Wish that Alaimalo had a boot. Gets some prime chances to put pressure back when shut down but just runs into the tackle

I was making the same comment during the game. Put the ball behind the Bus as he has the turning circle of a semi truck.

Hah, Robinson asks Ardie why he's limping. Has she not watched him ever? He's got the running style of a 70 year old man.

Better team won tonight I feel and that's hard to say as a bogan from Upper Hutt. Too many errors from us. Jordie the better of the two Barretts by some way tonight,

Based on the current points table after this result, the Highlanders will now finish 4th in the NZC. That means a seeding of 7th or 8th. The Sharks could still overtake them as the 7th seed if they win their remaining 2 home games (Bulls and Lions).
