    I think your body gets used to it - used to Fart like a trooper every second of the day it seemed. Much more 'normal' again now. That was probably the first few months though, 3 years later normal as a normal thing!

    haha yeah I got major gas at first from oats and all the extra protein I was forcing in. Ya body does get use to it though over time.<br />

    Had my proats with berry flavoured whey this morning....not bad at all. Will do it again for sure.

    Fuarkkk!!! The wife must have been doing some cooking as I thought I was sprinkling cinnamon on my oats last night and its turns out it was 5 spice or something funky like that......ROUGH!!!<br />

    A cup of oats , 2 cups of water , A teaspoon roughly of cinnamon , a good handfull of frozen blueberries , into the microwave , <br />
    <br />
    Vanilla protein powder with instant milk powder and water in the shaker to pour over the cooked oats , <br />
    <br />
    very lean and goes down a treat.

    yeah, well i used to pour milk over it , and have a protein shake as well before leaving for work, <br />
    <br />
    then I thought why not kill two birds with one stone and try adding it over the top ,if you have nice flavored protein powder it goes down a treat. <br />

    raw (unsoaked) oats today with a Mammoth Supply man yoghurt (blackberry flav). Keeps you full for ages! more sugar etc due to the fancy yoghurt but its a change from water soaked oats : )
