    @Bones good point

    Cuthbert has been awful for years. Couldn't score in a whore house with hundred dollar notes tied to his cock

    Sounds like the voice of experience.

    @Crucial It's their stadium, they should get to choose.

    Agree. I find it bizarre. For years the Wallabies hated playing at Carisbrook because they thought it was 'too cold'. Should Otago have been forced to put heaters out for them? Athletic Park some windbreaks?

    I know I'm only going by what the press are eating up but it looks like Eddie and the team are spending a lot of effort trying to paint these pictures they are painting. Talking too much about not talking about something.

    That's one point of view. The other is that rugby is traditionally an outdoor game and that the Principality Stadium goes against this and could offer the home team an advantage that is not open reciprocally.

    As I said before, I'm torn on this one though

    Do what Dunedin has done and don't have a retractable roof. No choice. No argument

    @Catogrande expansive rugby and Warren Gatland do not go together so not sure it's an advantage

    Is this not the most hackneyed cliche out there??

    I'd say you'd be more accurate if you said Joe Schmidt and expansive rugby don't go together TBH.

    @Billy-Tell I've always been amused at that statement too. Certainly, Gatland's Wasps and Waikato teams scored bucketloads of tries. International rugby is different but often your style of play is dictated by the players at your disposal. It's not like Wales is England c1991!

    And Howley is coaching the Welsh at the moment, not Gatland.

    The problem is a number of stadiums present a home advantage if you're used to their idiosyncrasies, such as wind patterns.

    We also used to play with hobnail boots, heavy wool jerseys and leather balls.

    I struggle to think of a worse International winger than Cuthbert. How does he keep getting picked?

    Sounds like someone needs to watch a whole lot more Scottish Rugby

    God forbid. You well know that is the wrong end of the High Street, aka "Poundstretcher Mile"

    It's academic in any event. After the last 48hrs in Rome we may be moving here. Just need to sort logistics: If anyone wants to adopt a well-trained dog, two less well-trained home based teens, a third running up the usual levels of uni debt, please post replies to MrandMrsDoTWpipedream.com
