MN5 she gave Polly a good run for her money last year, a mental breakdown on air and an absence from her appalling show for a few weeks with accompanying stories on stuff and the Herald ......coincidentally at the same time she put out a book. Thats some top notch attention whoring/shilling right there.

But I have to agree with the poster Zakar, because it's a point that often comes up when writing romance - what is the alpha male. IMO it is a leader, someone with courage, strength, someone who gets shit done, even when faced with giant clusterfuck situations. Not an obnoxious fuckface who yells or looms over or stares to intimidate. A real alpha just is alpha. It doesn't ever need to be reiterated or signposted.
If you need to keep yelling hey everyone, I AM ALPHA...you definitely aren't.
