RIP Princess. I think every bloke around my age felt something they'd not felt since.....
When they saw her in that gold bikini for the first time. A major part of the greatest saga of all time so an absolute legend for that alone.
Very sad and yes she was smoking in that bikini.
I wonder what consequences this will have for the rest of the SW saga going forward.

Smaller part ( let's face it Luke was in TFA for a few seconds ) and CGI. Easy.
Everyone goes on about 2016 being such a bad year for celebrities but I think it's gonna be the norm given there is so many more 'famous' people nowadays with all the various mediums to promote themselves. Theres still a fuckload of them alive and kicking but GM and CF have made it a tough couple of days.

John Peel can eat all the dicks. I don't think I could disagree with that more. Carrie Fisher was a star in a movie franchise I talk about alot on here and whilst I wasn't the most vocal George Michael fan he did some fucken excellent pop songs so his death has made me revisit alot of them.
Leonard Cohen ( most recent I can think of ) died and my world didn't change one iota. Same with many 2016 celebs. It's a case by case thing. But on the flipsside if you liked their work they deserve some kind of tribute from their fans.

Debbie Reynolds, Carrie Fisher's mother has passed away now. Very sad.
On another note, Steve Martin tweeted the following about Carrie Fisher:
When I was a young man, Carrie Fisher was the most beautiful creature I had ever seen. She turned out to be witty and bright as well.
And has since deleted the tweet following a backlash from SJWs calling it sexist. Because apparently calling someone beautiful is sexist now. To say I loathe SJWs is an understatement. The better response from Martin would have been to say get fucked, this is my tribute to a friend of mine who has just passed away so you can shove your sexism claims up your fat ugly asses you pack of butch fucking feminists.

So far this year, a few old people have died, some drug and alcohol addicts have died too.
I'm not sure why people are saying this year is worse than others. I guess for music innovators, with Bowie (new-age), Prince (pop) and Lemmy (metal), you have 3 pioneering musicians in one go.
But due to power of social media & 24-7 news, the pool of "celebrities" is expanding exponentially, thus every year is going to be a "bad year" from here on in.

Any time they want to take the entire cast of "Jersey Shore" or "Real Housewives of Wherever" then go for it

@MajorRage not to mention the fact we have grown up with many of these people in our 'lives' menaing they have grown older too, there is a large generation of stars that are in that age bracket where they could leave us in the next few years.

@Bones semantics ... he always seems to be chucked into these things, so I did as well.
Lemmy was in the conversation with Bowie because they happened within a couple of weeks of each other. It's really not semantics to say he shouldn't be included in a 2016 list.

"Anyone that prefers the music of George Michael to the music of Leonard Cohen please go and run into a fucking gas chamber immediately."That did make me laugh.
But not change my mind.

People who get offended on behalf of others are about as bad as humanity gets in my eyes
