Finished 1923.
Largely a good series, felt the last ep was rushed and with too many 'cliche' moments.
Like Banner, who's conscience finally gets the better of him, you knew he'd do something good then get killed
Alexandra, after all the shit she went through, only to die once she finally got to Spencer.
And obviously Spencer, you knew it was building to that moment where he saves the day, but to cut it so fine and he did it all on his own?
Then the BS Cara spouted to Elizabeth about not remembering her husband, then the voiceover talks about how Spencer only ever loved Alexandra -

@MiketheSnow Yeah, they are always an interesting watch. The incest was a bit weird I must say but lots of themes play out showing how ridiculous humans behave under certain circumstances.

You're still a Wales Rugby fan despite all what has happened lately. I expect way more perseverance from you than this.
I'll watch it and make my own judgement but sounds like we might have a bit of second season syndrome here.

The plot of The Last of Us follows the game doesn't it? I'm not familiar with the game, but Ellie's personality change in S2 was expected.
it does follow the game and apparently the sequel in the game was polarizing but apparently this version is very true to the game, so I am sticking around

Have I posted this one already? First two episodes were good fun, third was a bit meh. But good watching so far.
Reminds me a bit of Bad Monkey, not as good so far.

What was your thoughts on last episode, I get the story arc but feels like they could have embedded it in previous episodes. Series felt like it should have finished at ep 9.

Compared with the other cases it was wrapped up neatly in a bow quickly
But it had been bubbling along nicely through the third season and had provided the moral compass and code Bosch wanted to instill in Maddie
