Marmite is Kiwi. Vegemite is dirty Australian shit
Grew up on both living on both sides of the Ta$man at various times
Sorry to say but vegemite is infinitely superior
Voodoo, I hope your training goes shit …

Didn’t have time to go buy yeast so stuck with a scone…but did try the jalapeños
-
@Kiwiwomble noice! I didn't check that recipe but just occurred to me that I prove mine for about 4.5 hours so that might have taken up most of your evening anyway!
-
@Kiwiwomble I'd suggest first prove 2 hours, fold in your jalapenos, second prove 2 hours, fold in your cheese, prove on baking paper for 30 mins while your oven and Dutch oven heat up, into oven 40 minutes lid on, 10 minutes lid off.

@Kiwiwomble so how was it? You can't be providing photos without a review!

@MN5 Undoubtedly your most successful meme post ever
Granted it's a very low bar - but congrats all the same.
I look forward to you posting it again in about a week
I've already deleted it off my phone.
Never again.

my wife and i have competing scone recipe's, mine is my nana's and more designed for small bites sized ones, mrs womble sticks to her family recipe (Edmonds cook book), i went with her's based on the ingredients we had....and theyre good...but a little dry....so have to go heavy with the butter (like i wasnt going too)...the jalapenos and UK marmite are a great combo though!
*seemlessly brings it back on topic
