@Unite & Booboo, thanks for clearing that one up team.
I hate not knowing when it's going to be named, I wish they'd be consistent for a change.

@booboo Did you factor in the change to daylight savings time (DST)? According to timeanddate.com, Argentina does not observe DST.

I need clarity about my role in preparation for team naming but I can't go bone deep with all this uncertainty.

Musings on fatigue...I reckon the All Blacks season post June is quite player friendly, much more so than the grind of a club competition. We play 11 games in 15 weeks with four significant legs of travel (but two of those are in weeks we don't play - i.e. Auckland to BA and to Chicago).

Sure, the footy is tougher, but in TRC they only play two weeks out of three. Our players have not had significant travel since the Saders, Chiefs and Landers were in SA in late July. We have been almost exclusively in NZ since then.

The tough part of the schedule is the travel from BA to Durban , and to a lesser extent from Chicago to Rome, both of which are immediately followed by "test week".

There are two weekends off around the dead rubber Bledisloe, and it is at home anyway.

We play four weekends in a row on the EOYT, but we will probably see close to wholesale rotation in the game vs. Italy (2nd match of the EOYT). I guess the target for the top squad is the two Ireland matches, and then the final game in Paris is something of a wildcard (will France be any good, how knackered will out 1st XV be, are we shooting for an unbeaten season?)

Italy will be the best occasion to test a few uncapped players (the Ioane brothers, Nanai, MacKenzie, Coltman) off the bench or as starters.

Just booked my tickets for the Paris game, hope to see them cap an unbeaten season. I think we're better than we were in 2013, and the competition (globally, not specifically France) is worse.

Where did you get those from? Did you need to buy one of those packages from the NZ side?

Dammit - that is a good option, but probably not one open to me just now. Bad timing to split with the broker ladyfriend.
And now, even the package from AllBlacks Tours is sold out.

I'm jealous, I'd love to fly over for the France game. I looked online and couldn't find any tickets.

Eurostar from London was only £80 return as well! Absolute steal.
