I don't actually hate Tom Sainsbury that much. But that meant I started watching his movie Loop Track on a flight to Aussie a few months back. Near on unwatchable. I lasted all of 15 minutes before giving up.

I was meant to be facilitating something today as part of our quarterly "Big Room Planning". Wasn't really looking forward to it as I have actual work to do, but I'd prefer it over sweating and coughing.

I fucked my shoulder on Sunday and had to drive to work instead of riding. Woke up to find I'd inexplicably run out of coffee. And to top it all off my building pass isn't ready so I have to be escorted everywhere on the client site like a child.

@antipodean hopefully it's one of those ones that's so secure you can't even get to the toilet without a pass so the woman escorting you has to wait outside the gents for 15 minutes while you escort last night's chilli chicken.

After 4 days of feeling like shit, I've downgraded to "feeling flat" and taking no medication for ~24 hours. The end is in sight., and the weather has cooled.

Stepped on the scales this morning - the complete lack of appetite, combined with sucking down fluids and not lifting weights for a week, has resulted in my weight falling below 105kg for the first time probably this year.

    Not all bad then

Feeling a little bit of the grumply old fella today. Got back from 5-6 week holiday to UK yesterday, and actually feeling about 100 yo . Not sure it used to take this much out of me.
Still was probably best holiday me and Mrs Dan have had so, just let me feel good enough to remember everyting with a smile on face.

Anyway feeling better now, surprising what a couple of days will do! Just a note to @MiketheSnow , mate your country Wales I loved more can I say. I think watching tests at Welsh pubs were brilliant, I think one of reasons I enjoyed it ,I found I met a lot of people that loved rugby as much as myself (and many on here) . A real deep passion for the game, not screaming about how team is going, just seemed a little sad at the problems the game having there.. Found the people real warm and welcoming too.I will add wandering into Cardiff Arms Park was a buzz for me, someone of my age, it still ranks as one of the great rugby stadiums historically, and will always remember hearing crowds singing there etc when I listened to games as a kid.
I also say the highlight of whole trip may just of been I went to the Rugby School , the place where it all started. Women in the shop there took me over to their museum and gave me a bit of tour as she seemed to think I was a rugby nutter. Also got a pic of me on their field, a big nono generally, as you not meant to even be in school grounds if not a pupil etc, she just said tell security man I said it ok. You can't even just go in and watch a game of rugby there when they playing, as it for the school only!

Music between overs at a Test Match.

    Fuck. Off.

If your attention span is so low you need entertainment for 15 seconds, piss off back to T20 shits and giggles.

I've noticed no one seems to visit official Empire taverns for serious drinking. I question the Empire's longevity, deathstar or not.
