As they say Ridge is a bit Marmite.

I used to think he was a cock but I actually quite like him now, absolutely unafraid to say exactly what he means which obviously pissed lots of people off over time. He was a really good foil to Marc Ellis when they did that show together

the main ability i think he brings that we're lacking is timing, i know we talk about his ability to get a favourable bounce etc but he is very good as spotting where he will be needed and being on a players shoulder at full pace at the perfect time, i dont mean standing in the line waiting for someone to receive it, i mean coming from a long way back and seeing who will be receiving it in 2-3 passes time, thats an ability we could use to turn slow ball into front foot ball

he suffers from sustained excellence. His normal is massive for us - but he also isn't quite what he was.

How you'd vote for Taylor over Smith I do not know

Yeah, I get that - but I also thought his 1st half in particular was noticably commanding, and such a step up from his recent outings.

The other thing I always notice about Smith is how fast he exits the field after being subbed - he motors and looks fresh as a daisy like he hasn't just played 66mins of rugby!, Bloody show off

So after watching the video I can conclude we need to come down hard on all involved.

Footage is a but grainy but to me it looks like marshall arguing with foster and his assistants.

Fire them all.

I watched Spark Sport for the first time since the RWC when I registered again for the CL final. I can't comment on the UI as I didn't spend any time browsing but the PQ for the football wasn't as good as I was expecting.

I actually think it's dropped off - feels like they dropped back on the servers/bandwidth or something compared to RWC19

If it's close to test match intensity, would a structure of fewer teams but more weeks off work better? Sounds like more recovery time might be in order for the NZ derby games, so if teams played fortnightly but spread out so every week had games, the player welfare would be better, and Sky would get a nice long season to sell to punters.
