Give it back.
-
In the last 12 months Quade Cooper has been dropped to the reserve fullback by Toulon, been told by Toulon owner Mourad Boudjellal that his performances had gone from foie gras to pate, had his contract torn up by Toulon, then been dropped by the Australia 7s for passport irregularities.

10 Folau (if James O'Connor got a game there against Lions of all people then why not Folau?)
11 Whoever isn't injured
12 Some Islander bloke who once broke a few tackles in a warm up match against University but has no international credibility
15 Jason Woodward for the LOLs

They have young centre called Magnay who is the real deal I reckon. Wouldn't hurt them to take him on the EOYT.
-
Yep. Might be a few youngsters get a shot in November, at least in the backs. Not sure how it's going to help in the long term -
Wow, Quade Cooper's Toulon highlights reel consists of him getting off the bus, putting his shirt on, kicking the ball to touch, Dan Carter doing a hug tackle, a solo try by Maa Nonu and finally Quade clapping a bit.

<a class="bbc_url" href="

I still think Cooper is better at 15, very slippery and tough to put downwind has more space. I think Wallabies just have to be more physical in midfield. Give Folau a shot there.

Yeah, I'd have picked him at 15, he is genuinely a threat with space & time. He just wont get that at 10.
-

Was thinking the same. Think there's going to be a lot of switching. Will be interesting to see how often we actually see Quade or Foley at 12 from set piece.

10 Foley
11 DHP
12 Kerevi
13 AAC
14 Folau/Cooper
15 Cooper/Folau

Kerevi especially would be a concern at 13 for Australian fans, centre is a very hard spot defensively and I'd question his workrate. You have to cover a lot of ground there. -

Google weather just said "showers" and about 12C so I went with whatever would be worst for the Wallabies.

It's Wellington , a forecast here is good for four hours tops usually. -

You forgot to mention the cool behind the back offload (when he probably should have taken the hit as it was a big risk for almost zero gain) and a series of half or almost half breaks!

Worst highlights reel ever -

While I think we will win, I don't think it will be a dusting like last week. The Aussies won't role over. If anything, last weeks result should fortify them a bit.

I reckon it will be a dusting. I haven't been this confident of a big win over a Tier 1 nation since the ABs 1/4 final vs France in 2007... I remember my American friend at the time when I was discussing where we would watch the semi saying what if they lost the 1/4. I laughed condescendingly, no chance of that it's not even going to be in France!

I still reckon it'll be a dusting. -

A serious dusting I say.

The NSW TAB has the Wallabies at 8:1 and the All Blacks at 19:2 on. $19 to top up my TAB account by $2!

You can see where the bookies are most exposed in betting to date - The All Blacks by 1 to 6 is paying $7.50, 7 to 12 pays $6, 13 to 18 pays $4.50 and 19+ is $1.80!

I won't be repeating my mistake of last week, taking the All Blacks for 13 to 18 at 5:1 only because I was put out that 19+ was at 9:2 ($4.50). Not too proud now to accept 5:4 on for a sure thing.

Michael Cheika is on a hiding to nothing this week. The fanboys over here have, in just five days, rewritten the record to state that their favourite champion players weren't that bad, it was Cheika's selections and his game plan which let us down. Little wonder that the modern fan nods knowingly and accepts as normal when the millionaire players conspire to sack leading coaches who aren't as good at rugby as them. Cheika is all we have but the loons in the stands will clamor to have him hit to leg.

By putting Li'l Kwadie - YOUR Li'l Kwadie - out there he might have a cunning plan to be rid of him for good. He's played a match in March - a match, one match - a match in April and two in May. He's been selected as first five, which he most certainly never has been! If he survives long enough Ardie gets to do the assassination, after he has been seen off by a crowd collapsed with amusement; softened up by biggish Jerome and slamming Sam; made look ridiculous by Barrett (and himself) and Ben and Julian - line up fellas.

I'll be surprised - astonished - if the All Blacks don't crack a 40+ margin.
-

Have done a fair bit of reading on the upcoming game today. I can confirm, that I haven't seen this sort of confidence over a victory of a tier 1 nation in a long time.

Probably since France quarter final 2007, and prior to that, WC semi vs Australia.

I do think it's unlikely that Aus will win, but this is the Wallabies we are talking about. An early opportunist try, give a bit of confidence and who knows how it will pan out.
-

I have been far more confident about winning big games recently than 2007 and most of those games we have gone on to win. But, yeah, we are pretty confident.
-

does it really matter if fans/media are over confident if the players are grounded?
