NPC - news, injuries etc

The world awaits with tredidation as to when the HBRFU will announce their allocation to the combined NOB-M club. Having said that the Texans do have a number of Gisborne BHS old boys playing for us so there might be a very slim remote chance Walker-Leawaere might elect to go there but I won't be holding my breath on that one. At least he would be a better fit than the last import we had that mysteriously changed clubs mid season. I will say no more about that situation.

@Dice We'll take Fakatava in exchange.
We have already given you a former HB B halfback, what more do you want? Chris Eaton is doing nothing by the way. Speaking of halfbacks where is Jono Hickey going to be playing, when fit???????????????????

@African-Monkey From what I have heard it is not Auckland so you can breath easier. Apparently the contract is rumoured to commence for the 2020 season.
-
@Steven-Harris So the only good lock that we have in Wellington fucks off. Great!
-
@Canes4life sorry about that,only the messenger ,can see where your coming from though,only leaves you Blackwell who is hardly a giraffe..Regan Verney who was injured most of 2018 has also signed with Taranaki ..I think I will bugger off now..!

@Canes4life I wouldn't be surprised at all if they sign Veikoso Poloniati. The Canes picked him for the Hurricanes Dev squad and he played Heartland for South Canterbury, so isn't tied to a M10 squad, yet. Unless Canterbury picks him up first, of course (but they probably already have Dunshea, Dalzell and Romano).

I think you will find they have alreay done so. They are rather skilled at signing players that have yet to prove themselves.

Geoff Cridge's profile on the Hurricanes site has his province as Wellington, could mean he has shifted or more likely a typo...
-
@Canes4life WTF? Jonah Lowe's profile is non-existent.

Come on you've got to admit that's pretty funny 😁

@Stargazer https://www.hurricanes.co.nz/squad/player/jonah-lowe/
Though maybe you should alert Plumtree that he's missing from the squad page - might explain why he never gets picked!

@Steven-Harris Can you guys stop taking our players you got a production line up there don’t need our players😂
