@rancid-schnitzel given that was 9 years ago and her body would’ve strengthened and matured considerably, I think there would be significant gains on that youtube clip.
I had a female x-fit trainer who was 32yo that could bust out 20 straight weighted (20kg plate) chin-ups. And they weren’t those butterfly or kipping ones either. She wasn’t a pro athlete, but trained a fair amount.
Maybe instead of 5 she can now do 8. No way she’s doing 30. Chin-ups are also significantly easier than pull-ups, which is what she was doing in that clip. Seems like Chinese Whispers.

Lot's of foul throws to start in the women's hammer throw, including all 3 Poles. Ratcliffe was in 3rd after the 1st round.
9th now after 3 rounds so just misses the cut for 3 more throws, gutted.
I was flicking between the hammer and shot put so didn't see her last throw. 9th is a good effort but so close to making the last 8.

This Swede is making pole vault look easy.

@nta 19.19, no way....
I never thought Michael Johnson’s 19.32 would ever have been topped. Then along came Bolt. I’ll never forget watching that Beijing performance by Bolt to just clip Johnson when he ran 19.30. Fast forward 12 months and at the World Champs he blew it out the water with 19.19 - basically running two world record pace 100m back to back - that is insane.

Oh mannnnnnnnn.
He cleared it and then hit it with his chest on the way down.
