All Blacks Vs England, Twickenham

Expanding on the injury question, was Rieko perhaps hindered for that last pass by the split webbing?
Done that to myself a couple of times and it's pretty restricting.
Mind you I wasn't immediately sown up on the sideline and given painkillers or local anaesthetic and continued to play high on adrenaline or anything.

How the fuck did England lose that?
Because on the whole, we were better.
3 tries (created) to one (stolen).
England had about 25mins on top.
We had the rest.
Those giving it the "we are useless" were also saying we did not have the ability, the mental fortitude to come back. Well guess what? We did.
Needed two scores. We got them.
Needed to disrupt a dg attempt. Reserve scrum stands up.
Completely different if that dg goes over... but it didn’t.
Much, much to work on. Intelligence would be the first. But let's take the win.
One hundy. No it wasn't perfect but everything these RazorH8ers have been saying we need to do to win, we did.
By accident rather than design.
This wasn’t Nonu putting Dagg into the corner in Soweto.
This was us fluking a win by a rizla paper.
Guys come on.
England lost that. We didn’t win it.
Oh fuck off. Go watch the Kiwis. They just beat England at Twickenham, 3 tries to an intercept, bench added impact, we outscored them in the last 15 mins.
I come in peace Lats, no personal animous from my side.
But I’m fucking frothing over what I saw today.
The team is clueless.
Tell me what we were at out there?
Does Beaudy keep his place? Does DMAC come in?
How do we assess what we seen?
My contention is we won in spite of ourselves.
This is the fucking Allblacks mate….
Let’s have some parliamentary procedure here as Chris Eubank would say.
We both watched the same game. Intercepts, knock-ons, penalties, some inauspicious officiating. Despite all that, we still win. None of you predicted we would.
How do we assess that? We say, we clearly still have a shit tonne to work on BUT, we know we can score points at the back end of a game, when its needed, while not playing to McCaw's team's standard.
Fair enough mate.

Even in this game we waited far too long to get Roigard and DMac on.

On paper you’ve got your win, but England had a kick to win with 90 seconds in the clock and bottled it.
Let’s get real here.
We were dominating until the intercept. They didn't once look like scoring a try.
NZ in 2013 were losing to Ireland in the 80th minute before stealing it.
Did that win have an asterisk next to it??
I didn't realize we're talking about 'what ifs' now.
We won.
No it didn’t because we went 60 meters after the hooter and won it. It was in our hands. I was there at the game. Probably my favourite ever moment as a fan. What did they write on Irish message boards that day?
We were spectators in the ultimate result today.
We conspired to lose it and got away with it.
Fords penalty a yard to the left and there is a groundswell to have Razor get the Tin Tack.

Or maybe they took that big step forward by winning the game in the last 15 minutes.
We won against England in the last 15 minutes in Robertson's first game. Now getting back to that level is a big step forward? Some progress eh?
That said, it was a plus compared to the 2nd half clueless drivel that Robertson and his team have served up so far this year..
Change your name to Captain "Fozzy Fanboi" Miserable. We just won a test at Twickenham. Have been harping on all season that we can't score in the last 20.
Mate, we came close to blowing it in the last 5 minutes by the usual poor discipline, decision making and leadership.
But playing well for 10-15minutes in the last 60 is a huge improvement for this team and its coaches, I'll give you that.

But also came close to blowing that game wide open. Ratima gave them the "in".

To add to the missed drop goal and penalty shot, Ford's defence on Telea's second try was poor as well
Na, the ABs were just lucky.

A few of the old fullas have to say goodbye to starting. There's no other option.
9-10-12 didn't work and isn't going to work next game.
Razor has to be courageous. -

Maybe toughing a win will hopefully be a turning point, but you have to ask what caused us to go from dominating to narrowly winning by 1 point - and even that was down to England missing two kicks we gifted to them thru appalling discipline.
And comparing tis team to the 2013 vintage is a bit fanciful, I reckon
