"Leon and I have been having some honest conversations with each other for a little while now. As coaches we have differing views and both agreed it wasn't working. Leon and I both care deeply about the All Blacks and we believe we've made a decision that's best for this team," Robertson said.

Finally some good news. My only concern was you'd have thought when putting together this team, they'd have ensured the philosophy was the same.

we've all hired people who look great at interview but turn out to be a bit shit. Didn't make probation period.

I will give razor this, if its not working move on.
The obvious cynical question then becomes, is it next best backline coach who is availble with some transperancy that steps in or a Crusaders (by default) replacement
