Glad Ross is on-board. Will be interesting to see how Narawa goes at centre. It must have been awhile since his last game there

A lovely try to Joe Johnson based on a good lineout run from Tahuriorangi. Hopefully TTT will one day reach the full potential that he shows signs of.

Foul weather is returning in Tauranga. 20 - 19 to Harbour after 52 minutes.

Horrible ground for Npc not helped by the music. Harbour 13 looks strong. BOP backs are dangerous and Narawa good. Reon Paul going well on wing. Crowd mystified by a number of decisions in second half. Game in the balance.

It's a stream of errors from both teams and the referee

That is an exceptional start to the season, 3 from 3 with storm week now complete.

Aha so thats why the weather was so bad.. Storm week. Was worried that a big blunder by Eklund at the start might cost BOP dearly later.
North Harbour always seemed to have someone to pick up a loose ball and break a couple of tackles whenever they looked to be capitulating.
Edmed was all class, but Stevenson a mixed bag. Forward battle was rather scrappy. Ruzich was lively. Ah Kuoi and Sangster were industrious.

Tosi scrummed solidly against Tevita Mafileo who is a very strong scrummager. This is good news for the All Blacks as I find Newell too limited around the park. However, I won't risk Tosi on the bench against the Boks but rather against the Aussies.

Budget cuts - no camera view of tries being grounded - pretty much means the refs and touchies have to make the call.

It was pretty clear that the scorer didn't think it was a try either! But there was one in the right corner which the scorer thought he did score and it was disallowed. Again no good view to know either way.

Weird feel in the stand. Several non calls were jeered by the spectators. Players slowed down expecting the whistle. Does anyone know if the Tmo setup was working OK, as it felt that maybe it wasn't.

@ARHS a few forward passes and knock ons in a short space of time were missed in the second half
