I've got a feeling Southland will be going home with a big prize. This is the best side it has put together in a fairly long time. Tough, rugged pack and some backs that can break a game open. Peni will be a big threat in the midfield. I'll chuck it on the line and say they are winning a tight one on Saturday.

ok point of order, the ordering of the title matters!

I looked and thought "wait, Southland have the Shield??!!! and how the fuck do HB have yet another challenge already??!!"

How good would it be if Sevu Reece came into the side for the challenge.

If they lose do they just become Snorters?

Josh Kaifa off with what looks like a knee injury. Considering how heavily it was strapped, probably better served having missed this game.

Chance of Southland winning the shield just went up. Still slim...

Anyone know why Ken Laban always seems to get highly aroused when calling HB games? Thought he was Wellingtonian.

If that was knocked on, how is the player on the ground not offside?

That looked like one of the most blatant penalties you'll ever see! HB player knocks on, HB player on the ground in front of him grabs it and plays it back? Fuck me

Not to mention he's on the bloody ground.
