He's a strong bugger, but I wonder if his development wouldn't be helped by getting more minutes at NPC level for a bit.

Papali'i definitely got one (might've forced a penalty instead of getting a straight steal).
Regardless, I'm sure the people that said Blackadder did nothing last week after making 20 tackles will now defend Papali'i for contributing in much the same way this week - and vice versa.
