Mitchell got to double figures, what a legend
…..and Will Young took that shine off the new ball for 50 deliveries like an absolute pro.
And Ravindra scored a scorching O.
He was in good form when doing so huh @Rapido ?
Why you tagging me? I had no opinion posted on his form, that was someone else. I just had an opinion. on your ability to understand his post.

It’s ok. He proved my point about the jury still being out about his form. I just wanted you to know. Is a three ball duck still in form ?

I wonder when Henry's bowling average will be lower than Southee's? There was about a 12 run gap at the start of the season, now it is only 5. They are racing towards each other.
He must have read this post and dropped that catch to try and slow Henry down!

BCs bowling attack always going to struggle against these Aust batters and our batters have mentality of Aust rugby teams.
-
A very poor day of cricket, even by Black Caps standards.
On the plus side, NZ Cricket can save a lot of money by removing the Black Caps coaches. Some of the basic skills of the players were so poor that they can't be doing much good...
It's a depressing insight into the annual life of a Wallabies fan.

Bowling at the stumps for a start might help
-
Bottom line they got intimidated and their brains went to scrambled eggs.
-
They are straying outside off too much
-
This game will be finished by tonight

Lyon teeing off. Eying his first test 50.
That was nicely jinxed. Very good catch.
TV commentators did that. I assume that’s where you got the stat from anyway!
How long do we think they’ll bat today? Get to 400-450? Or just pummel us to oblivion?

Yep, and he’s also scored the most test runs without a 50 ( thanks commentators ) surprising, he looks handy.
Yeah one of these guys will get a hundred today and set us about 500 plus I feel. Sigh. Travis Head is probably due after a run of shit scores.
But on a positive note it always warms my heart seeing a full Basin Reserve. Such a wonderful cricket venue.
Is it just me or does Kuggelien have a weird action ? Looks like he’s asking for a shoulder injury every time he bowls.

Yesterday was not a great day but we've knocked the top off the innings now.
The key will be getting through the middle to lower order without much damage.
Then all we really need is a couple of centuries from 2 of our top order batsman and some handy contributions from middle order to secure a famous victory.
