I’ve said all I have to say because the only info I have is around Love so no need to spread more info I know nothing about.

Victor I wouldn't say appointing a new coach with a truckload of SR titles bold. I would call it sensible.
The big turnaround occurred when Jason Ryan arrived. Prior to that for about 3 years it was all Frank Spencer.The outgoing coaching tree has been getting kicked since 2019. They were a busted flush that almost nabbed the 2023 RWC

There was a warm place in my heart seeing Graham Henry looking grumpy in teh background of the last 2010's Auckland NPC side. Vern does the same thing.
