If Canberra were cared about, or coached by anyone else, then the drums would be beating. They got flogged, again (that's a combined 28-88 in the last 2 weeks alone), sit 12 on the ladder, and have the same for-and-against as the Bunnies, who the media already managed to get their coach fired.
Even without his fluffer in chief Paul Kent defending him, the chat around his current contract is almost non-existent. The Raiders lost a GF 5 years ago, and that seems to be the defense used. Jason Demetriou lost one 3 years ago and is gone. Brad Arthur lost one 2 years ago and he is already gone as well. You can't unpeel sticky though.
Sticky is taking Canberra nowhere
Thanks Mariner. After decades as a devoted Raiders fan, couldn't bear to even look up the result yesterday against the amazing Panthers. Too hard to take when Sticky is taking them nowhere.
Cant work out if this was tongue in cheek or if for real? Seriously, do you really feel Canberra are doing ok, surely you dont think as a fan you expect more from the team given the roster they have had the past few years?
Anyway, I dont think any team has escaped a barrage from all at some stage, unless you're actually delivering results which only a couple of teams have, most of our teams deserve it
My comments on Sticky are sarcasm after their win over the Panthers. I don't like all this sack the coach crap in either code if they don't win finals.
Why I support Sticky is that he introduced a bunch of new youngsters this year, with success. Strange and Weakes will be huge next year. Smithies Mariota Mooney and Hosking are very promising. Chevy Stewart and Xavier Savage will improve. So I feel they could be a top 4 team in a couple of years. Not too much difference between teams 5 to 14 really. Can all beat other. -
This oldie came up on the socials the other day
-
Kyle Feldt leaving the Cowboys.
Leaves as the top try scorer in the Club's history, including the most important one. I thought he was completely done 12 months ago but fair go, he's actually had a good season. One last pay day in Europe?
-
League is pretty good with how they do send offs (not officiating kind), given Melbourne will put out a B grade team this week, he might get a couple more pies to take with him

God wishart is an absolute find.
He's playing the house down
Someone will try and buy him and he will not be worth it, but Bellamy has him firing.
-
Dare to believe
-
Great kick SJ.
We are miraculously up 26-22
-
Stupid stupid stupid
-
A penalty you never ever ever give away in league. Montiya you egg.
-
Now the sharks lead 28-26
-
Yessssssssssssssss
-
Thanks SJ.
You’ve been brilliant, you’ve been frustrating, you had a redemption tour last year, and then after an absolute stinker of a season early on, hey you pulled one out of the fire tonight against your other club.

Weird weekend and will have an impact on the finals..
St George throw away their good chance of making finals, but sets up Spoon bowl
SJ gets the send off he deserves for his career in a game that showed both the highs and lows that went with it. Sharks again showed why they are pretenders
Kevie we will make the finals, was routed by the Phins
Now here is were it gets interesting, Turbo injured (if doesn't play again), you would now suggest Manly gone. Roosters lose 3 key players, Walker the biggest impact of the three, can they win finals without them? You wouldn't think so
Knights, Raiders, Phins, Dragons all playing for their life this weekend. Phins v Knights probably decides the outcome. None likely to go deep into finals
Does anyone beat the Storm or Panthers in the finals? Unlikely
