The coach is a poor bastard isn't he? If they win it's because of Rassie, if they lose the coach will get the blame

@canefan you can change Rassie with Fozzie and get the same result.

@pakman Fozzie clears up any injury concerns with RM. We've managed this pretty well in the end injury wise.

@pakman Foster confirms that he will be coaching again after the RWC. I wonder what his new gig will be?

Nisbett, Wilson and Muliana react to the team naming.

    Or, even fair-weather Springbok supporters.

sounds like an oxymoron and no that is not a reference to a tight forward:)

It’s sensible for you to embrace your villlainy.

I'm not hugging Springbok supporters no matter how much they cry. Well, not the males anyway. Charlize gets a hall pass.

Fair play, this is fucking funny. But as me mate Nobber never tired of saying: a man with standards is a lonely man. Then again he was from Waikato.

All Blacks named for Rugby World Cup final against South Africa

All Blacks named for Rugby World Cup final against South Africa

All Blacks selectors Ian Foster, Jason Ryan and Joe Schmidt have named the team to play the final of the Rugby World Cup in Paris.

With 1387 Test caps, this is the All Blacks’ most experienced team to play a Rugby World Cup final.

The most-capped player in the team’s history, Samuel Whitelock (152), will become the first men’s player in history to make three World Cup deciders.

He clearly inspires loyalty, so look for teams who currently have player-coach issues.

A sensible team - we've gone with our big boys to counter their big boys.

Would have loved to see Roigard in there but that was never going to happen, was always going to be Christie for the knockout games.

But the tactics from SA are obvious, grind, kick and strangle. I can only hope the 7-1 split comes back to hurt them, but that's injury dependent on the day.

im really surprised it hasnt bitten them already , its not that uncommon for 2 or even 3 backs to go down during the course of a game , ankles , hamstrings, knees etc .

Not surprising by the Boks wet night predicted, more or less 2 forward packs to batter us into submission.
If it becomes a war of Attrition probably a smart decision.
