SA are offering nothing. They ran it with intent once. Just have to play mistake free and disciplined rugby. Go thru the middle a little bit more.
With at least one obstruction in that play…
I don’t think our kicking game has been too bad. Need to get our chasers going though.
Keep putting pressure on their lineout, that is vulnerable.

@Rancid-Schnitzel The moral captain, Sam Whitelock.

The difference in quality of kicking game between the two teams is night and day.
It’s the quality of the chase as much as the kicks, Jordan seems to jog after the ball

Cane was upright. He made connection with the head. The RC was the right decision given the directives, I’m afraid.
It was, but we are effectively sending players from the field for errors in judgement where they have missed their target, with no ill intent. I can't really think of another sport that does that and it hurts the spectacle.

Huge 40 mins coming up...

This is obviously massive pie in sky, but if by some miracle we pull this off who lifts the trophy? Surely not Cane.
Do a Kirk Dalton job, with Came looking sheepish

@broughie The game is being run by lawyers. World Rugby is terrified of class actions by former players with premature dementia from head knocks. The intention to protect players is admirable. But they need to look at the rules of the game. This is a professional sport, competing for entertainment and advertising dollars in a crowded market. And this is the pinnacle event being decided by random decisions by some bloke scrolling back and forth on extreme slow-mo, spotting some valid indiscretions and missing others. We want to see a fair contest judged and adjudicated in real time, but this so often comes down to what the TMO chooses to point out to the ref. There seems no accountability. It’s farcical.
