Terrible penalty decision but Farrell needs to shut up
Why was it a terrible decision? Looked like a very blatant sealing off and killing what would have been a contest at the ruck.
He made contact with Kolbe first who then stepped back out of the contact

You are not wrong about that.
I think the point was that the one that was penalised was likely to be a contest until the seal.

I think the point was that the one that was penalised was likely to be a contest until the seal.
