ARDIE!!!!!!!!!!
Time they reversed that wrong penalty* then, least they could do
Ok I do blame Barnes for not doing that.*

It actually makes sense there was only one Bok in the XV. Revolving doors and backs who never touched the ball all season. I jest but only slightly.
Kolisi was getting subbed early doors, 8 changed a fair bit, PSDT probably should be in but the margins were so slim. The RC was just a warm up this year so makes sense to have more 6N players.
Ardie was overdue.

Only one Springbok in the team of the year is a rather harsh.
There's that saying that a champions team is not necessarily a team of champions.
Also, this is a Dream Team of the Year, not a RWC Tournament Team.
Regardless, PSdT should have been in there. -
@Stargazer yep, his performance yesterday was nothign short of outstanding, one of the best individual performances for some time, and you would say it was a match winning performance, he made about 10% of SA's tackles yesterday, immense is underselling his performance.
-
Congratulations Ardie Savea, well bloody deserved.
Lame the Canes won't see him next year but he deserves to go and make some coin overseas.

Andy Farrell won Coach of the Year.
So funny that SA neeber didn't get it. Good, as he's really an assistant coach
That's why he didn't get it. Everyone knows he isn't the coach. Apparently a convenient way for Rassie to avoid press conferences and media commitments.

Ardie on his award "Unless your name is Wayne Barnes, don't ask me to release it."

Congrats Ardie -

Heard on a pod that no one from the French team or coaching team showed up at the awards presentation ?
Players are all back with their top 14 teams as games on yesterday so understandable. But coaches is very odd.
