@george33 interesting the Canes went after him, maybe looking at a replacement for PUJ.

Wouldn't haven't made proctor too happy. Or Barrett Blues surely would be the best fit

@Winger we don’t need Goodhue, I’d rather us spend our energy looking for a couple of big locks and another good hooker.

@Winger possibly rumours of a move north, particularly at NPC and I guess the feel was maybe then the Blues?

Now he's made the ABs, not sure it makes much difference which NPC side he signs for.

That's what the rumour from TSF is.

Goodhue has an offer on the table from Castres but hasn't put pen to paper yet.

@Winger Did here that he had another franchise with offer on table and he was seriously considering the offer, but obviously he has decided to stay at crusaders

What chance Joe Brial makes it next year? Or will he be heading back across the Ta$man?

'Crusaders didn’t want a nuclear bomb, they wanted a ripple'

Newly appointed Crusaders boss Rob Penney can’t wait to pick up the thread back home in New Zealand. It was 2012 when he first packed his bags to embark on what became an 11-year adventure taking him to Ireland, Japan, Australia, and back to Japan again.

@chchfanatic Great news, surely must be his last season. I was really happy having him onboard, he never lets us down.

@SBW1 he played really well in the final. Great team man too. He said Hotham will be number 1 next year.

That won't surprise me - but, Drummie will be 30 next year, so we may end up needing two new halfbacks in 2025.

Chapman might be one? He's a good player, but very small.
