Anyone making the case for DMac to be the AB #10 is either drunk, blind or taking the piss. He plays his best rugby from fullback.
Have you seen the other 10s?
-
@Mattasaurus I wonder if our coaches give the likes of BB, RM and Dmac too much free reign to play thier 'natural' game rather than play to a bit more.structure, especially in different parts of the field.

In terms of amplitude from high to low in performance, none of them approach DMac.
-
@taniwharugby if that's the case, then their "natural" game instincts suck

Are you planning to do this all thread? Half the match thread so far is you bloody whining about DMac.

It depends on how often he gives me cause.

The evidence suggests his mere existence gives you cause.

@Mattasaurus I just mean thier attacking flair or playing what they see, cos clearly they need to go to specsavers as the game is not as easy to read as they'd like...?
Just do the basics, and no matter how much I hate the saying, earn the right to go wide...
-
Chiefs B's are going to need to pull finger soon to get the W... Reds currently looking the more organised team. Couple of nice touches from O'Connor
-
Red's tactics working in frustrating the Chiefs - the sort of kicking game you want to see from an AB 10.
-
Nice kick and regather by ENS.
This game is being defined by errors so far. And the ability to clean out rucks from well offside - especially Vunivalu.
12 - 5

Definition of a Rugby Nightmare: ENS & SS in open space.

Reds definitely winning the kicking game so far. Pity for them their set piece isn't having such a good game of it.
-
well taken, but so soft from the Chiefs

And then it does. Good sniping run off the maul by Tate and the Reds score on half time.
