It's all because the coaches won't let them play their natural game...
Seems to me DMac has curbed his natural game and is way better for it.
The fact he was that bad early, and this good now is actually a great sign

That's a lovely set piece move. I thought they'd stuffed it.
-
Who could see that grounding

Second half had been a great improvement.
Could hardly get worse.

Yes. I'll take that win!
The Crusaders seem to have a game policy of holding Cane behind the ruck.
Wrong thread, the canes thread is down the page

Bloody entertaining game. Well done Chiefs.
Crowd was awesome.

Bloody good game.
Best I've seen for a while. Loved it. Both teams were good.
Impressed. Chiefs showed a bit of fortitude to get that result.

Crusaders just aren't the same without Jordan and Reece.
That's a very fair point.
-
Narawa, SS really pressing for higher honours. LF hot and cold, and RM AWOL when Saders really needed him

Their attack was toothless until Goodhue came on (LF the exception)

Not threatening enough in backs at this level without them. Goodhue looked good though.

Chiefs made some nice adjustments as the game went on
They are completely buying in to what ever messaging they are getting
