Meh, with those squads it should be every year, no losses and full bonus points (following the minimising of achievements mode established on the previous page ;)).
-
The Blues have been far from perfect, but given they got shat on by the ref for the first 20, I think they'll be pretty satisfied at the break. Need to score first in the 2nd 40 to break the Jags spirit.
-

A lot to work on but it's hard when we seem to get these muppet refs week after week.

-
So, did the Blues best ruck ball come when it wasn't Hall clearing it? West really has to reach around for some of them.

Going back to my earlier post, I wonder whether West could be a potential 15 option as the second play maker. Looks like he's got the speed. -

His work over the ball at 13 is really such a strong part of his game. Plus, he can play wing...

well hopefully after tonight Tana leaves him in the team because he thrives of gametime, cos it seems Tana is looking at building for 2017 and rotating far too much
-

I don't think the halves are the Blues' problem; apart from Ranger, the other backs are terrible.

I noticed West screaming for the ball a couple of times because he had space out wide and they didn't listen (like Visinia kicking the ball out early in the first half).
-

haha, and Ranger with a poor start to the 2nd half....

-
Ranger is miles from AB standard. Even after his best season he was basically on the fringe. His form currently is barely super standard.

But he gets so much love. The commentators love him and forgive everything, and even you blokes are overestimating him -

I think Visinia might be better at 14, but the strategy driving the team around is a problem, and I don't think that is due to Li or Ioane. -

Bullshit.

He was easily the Blues best back in the first half. He fucked that up there and he's not necessarily a definite AB pick yet, but he's shown why he shouldn't be written off. -

good work at the breakdown by Ranger again

-

West hasn't risen to Super standard consistently yet, he seems to lack confidence so doesn't effectively move the team around the field - he's not helped by Hall firing balls anywhere within a 5-10m radius.

Maybe he should have taken that Rebels contract a couple of years back and he could have learned to lead a team round the park out of the (NZ) public eye as much.
-

He did fuck all. He made errors but everyone will focus on the pop and the turnover. Being the best blues back is a low bar
