I bet they want this guy back. He is on $600,000 per season, not sure how many years he is with the Tigers, he did sound like he wanted to go to the Warriors before honouring his deal with the Tigers. -
Metcalf in for his debut, but Egan and Walker out. Reynolds back for Broncos which is huge as well. Given more than half of the Broncos’ squad will play their first NRL game in New Zealand I can only hope those Hawkes Bay Supporters remind them that Napier is not Brisbane

Hello’s boy making his debut for the Broncos too.
We are a real chance to knock over these punks. Hope Metcalf and SJ can get it together quickly because on paper they look like a combo that could really complement each other.

loving the frothy NSW journos thrash-wanking over Qld apparently abandoning their "pick and stick" policy
Of course, the evidence is that they dropped
checks notes
Dane Gagai, who everyone remembers having huge Origin games, but people forget how long ago the majority of them were, and how average he has been in that arena
and
Kalyn Ponga, who has a mush brain and probably shouldn't even be playing NRL let alone Origin. -
@mariner4life I do think Gagai has had a great year for Newcastle minus his last start which supposedly he got dropped for, if going on last start even Holmes deserves not to be there.
Luai said yesterday that if Qld felt he was a dirty player, then come and get him.. ha ha surely that's all that was needed to light the origin fuse..the guy is dead meat walking

@bayimports Jerome conveniently overlooking getting trucked repeatedly by cobbo a week ago
Fuck up flog.

Fuck i hate McLean Park
On another day the Warriors win that easily. To have that many tries (rightfully) not given is pretty rare. And we just didn't create scorebaord pressure to go with the good play. And the Broncos made us pay.
That hurt.

ooooh Latrell out for Wednesday, Crichton in
Not much of a step down really. Less "crazy attack from anywhere" but more super effective metres from the back

Self inflicted wounds got us behind. Then we roared back for an improbable win or GP extra time only for Pompey to have a brain explosion. Very disappointing

people just love to (justifiably) hang shit on the Tigers
But how fucked are the Dragons?
They fired their coach. They still suck
Their main coaching target just said "no thanks" and is off back to be Bellamy's assistant for a year before getting the Storm gig
And they just lost their major sponsor. A major sponsor with the same name as the fucking club!Shit joint.

They're always the media's fallback option if the Tigers start doing well.
Soooo does that mean they'll go for Dean Young or Ben Hornby now that Ryles has said no?
