2023 World Sevens Series

Solo is the plus today. And Webber back into form. Carter energetic.
But Clark is too indecisive on defence for my liking and Molia a bit laboured. Our key man is Rokolisoa though and he was held back a bit today.
Fiji and Australia very good. Henry Patterson is a real threat. Will be interesting tomorrow. -
Tomorrow's Cup QFs:
10:36am: BF7s v Japan
12:04pm: AB7s v Ireland
By the way, in the men's tournament, the top 9 in the standings - minus Samoa - have reached the Cup QFs. Before the tournament, Samoa shared the first spot with South Africa, but will now drop out of the top 4.Of the top 8 in the women's standings, only Spain (8th) hasn't made it to the Cup QFs. Japan (10th) has made the Cup QFs instead. All going well, we're heading towards another NZ v Aussie Final.

Awesome try scored by Stacey Waaka-Fluhler!
15 - 0 BF7s
Is that her correct name, she's listed everywhere as just Fluhler?
-
@Machpants I heard them call her that on a news clip too, but was only Fluhler in the RWC, her IG page is only Fluhler too including her website

Just for the weekend. Honouring her father in her last home tournament.

You can literally see Jorja Miller improving during this Series. Good to see and such a young player (18), so still lots of years and opportunities ahead of her to get better.
Great couple of tries from Miller and Kaka.
HT: BF7s 19 - 5 Japan
