Taranaki v Canterbury

Well just got home from game. Loved it and of course the result helped. One thing the screen at end of field only has smaller figures on it and I thought the good guys were up 18-10, said as they went into last couple of plays, no worries they can't score twice. Just as we got to fulltime fella sitting next to us, it's only 16-10, happy I didn't know that a few minutes earlier.

@Dan54 glad you had a great time Dan! hope you gave Ennor plenty of stick🙂
Actually didn't really notice when he came on FAB. I loved the game took Mrs Dan up to New Plymouth for the game, she was a bit iffy with the weather, but it wasn't all that bad and she is seeing why I love being at games so much!

Pretty impressive effort by all accounts for Naki pack to subdue an all star Canterbury oppo. In particular, loosies.
Was great, they won game in first half playing into the wind, they just kept swarming over the Canterbury pack, very good. And some impressive hit, could hear some of the tackle in opposite corner to where we were sitting. Naki boys had played themselves to a standstill by end of game, there wasn't one player amongst them that gave less than everything they had.

Not a good look for (ex or fringe) All Blacks in winter weather. Far too many simple errors. Well done Naki, even if this ruins my tipping.

@Chris commentator should know better to not confuse Dom with Zac! Although I will say this I have seen fans confuse Gardiner with Gallagher before🙂
Really there is about 10 Kg and about 3 inches in height difference Gallagher a bit bigger.

Pukekura Park looked in really bad condition after this match. Probably not the best ground to play on after heaps of wet weather.
Yep Bov, while good park for viewing etc, it's really a cricket pitch and not really going to hold together with as much rain as we have had.
