@Steve Poreteta had a run
A nice side step run beating numerous players from the sideline bench to the middle of the park where the ball didn’t come near him.

So where to now? I'm sure Jeff "the ABs are still the best in the world by some distance" Wilson believes Foster is the man and the record over the last 2 years is warranted to maintain the head coaching position.
WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON???
We were good for 30 mins then went to complete shit, back to the same old crap we've seen for the last 3 years. Aaron Smith stopped running, one up hit ups, poor passing and Codie Taylor is costing us meters and points. Will Jordan is a shadow of his attacking self but this is just fucked. What an embarrassment.
Will Jordan should be the fullback. he will break the line and cause chaos. Jordie is functional. Jordan is the closest thing we have to Ben Smith/Dagg in the the squad.
I guess you missed Jordie setting up a try?
ah come on mate.
I guess if you ignore all evidence to the contrary, then your argument stands.
Rieko made that try by fixing 2 defenders. Jordie had a simple draw and pop.
Im talking about a consistent body of work at line breaking. Its facetious to suggest Jordie over Jordan.
I like Jordie. but if he isn't going to be taking the kicks would it be any worse to have Jordan at FB today and Reece on the right wing?
Or Salesi Rayasi or AJ Lam? Someone that can run over shit

@ACT-Crusader at least he did it from depth

Where's Razor

In fairness Cane was prominent and destructive with ball in hand

In the past we always had young stars coming through. We do not have them now. Is this because in participation terms the game is dwindling fast?
In Wellington and Auckland the numbers playing football are three to four times greater than Rugby. In fact in Wellington if it were not for the Polynesian community the game would be dead.Twenty years ago Eden Park and Sky Stadium would be close to full for an NPC game now it is "spot the spectator"
Rugby has deeper issues than the All Blacks but NZ Rugby choses to ignore them or cover up.

I don't think we will ever see a dominant All Blacks team again. With better coaching we could be consistently competitive though.

The thing is the ABs have got some good players and I believe the AB forwards could hold their own against anyone.
We have devo got a pretty good front 5 now.
Poor discipline, leadership and game plan.
Devo sunset time for a few seniors
Sami and DeGroot get pulled after half time, why?
