Springboks v All Blacks 2

@Tim I don’t think Smith is too slow. He’s just fucking predictable. He at least has to be looking for some runs around the ruck to mix things up. Course I’ve been saying this for a while and we get the usual that he is best thing since sliced bread. He has regressed. Now I know his pack has not been good but then again he is not good at organizing them.

Smith, Mo’unga, Clarke, Goodhue, Ioane, Reece, Jordan
Christie, Perofeta, QT/Fainga’anuku

That’s might be right
QT ahead of LF because he’s better midfield cover. RI & WJ both cover the wing from the starting XV

Except Goodhue is still in NZ,Ennor went over as cover for Goodhue.

Thought he had left. Oh well, back to the same old well then of either QT or Havili.

Fozzie stopped reading my emails about 2 years ago

Because he doesn't even try and run, defence rushes up both sides of the ruck. There's no variation.

@Tim I think there is zero chance Cane goes unless fozzie does...would.be tantamount to him admitting he got it wrong 3 years again naming an injured player as his captain.
Sounds like Robinson and his selection of head coach
-
@Chris I wasn't sure on that...I had seen a social media post with him in Christchurch but the image stuff used at the airport of the ABs not wearing masks had goodhue in it...and right players in the image...musta been a camp they went to

@Bones will be liking this post when he wakes up

Fozzie is fifty shades of desperate.
If I were him, I'd throw a Hail Mary and makes a raft of changes.
If they win, he can claim the changes were made, hope for the future etc.
Alternatively, he knows he is done, the players know he is done, and we get pumped.(again)Ooh can we have an alt. XV?
Bower can stay but how about some new blood: Tamati Williams (is he more a tighthead now?* Can still play both? Then maybe Williams to bench).
Sami T
Franks oh ok Newell
Locks ok? fly over Josh Dickson, sub Sam off about 50 min in..
Callum or Hosea, Ardie to 7, you can choose 6 but not Shannon please (is Tom Robinson still injured?)
Put Aaron on bench and choose Christie or... to start to make the old bugger compete for his place...
Richie, Perofeta as back up
Wings Reece Clarke or Big L again to see if he can repent
Midfield: hmm...the Umaga Jensens (well this is an alternative XV) or they can call backNepoNgani on bended knee and promise some free sushi
Fullback Zarn Sullivan
can have Jordan on bench...add in your fave unreliable yet exciting talent..I'd like to put Fakatava there but we still need Aaron ... -

QT for Goodhue (who’s not touring) with Leicester on the bench. Knowing Foster he’ll prob play Ennor..
Havili doesn’t have enough of a running game at test level, defence can drift off him and nullify Reiko and co. Time to give QT a decent run at 12.

After "our most improved performance of the season" yesterday, the Boks and their fans will be quaking in their boots about the Ellis Park test. 😉
Foster did say they were “excited” about going to Ellis Park..

He's obviously a masochist with what excites him

Q: when QT overran DH was that because DH slowed into contact like he was paranoid about ball security or collision impact? I only saw it once I think but it looked like DH really slowed down and was too busy looking at the tackler to do anything with the ball so I am not surprised QT overran him...

Now Test 1 is over can we change the title thread to "Springboks v All Blacks 2 (Fozzie's Goosesong!!)"
Or maybe the NZR should just fire the backline/attack coach who looks even worse than the last backline/attack coach they just fired.
Foster would understand, seeing as how he fired the last one who seems to have been better than the current one... What did you say? Oh.
