I really think they got this wrong. You only have take an extra player off if you have to go to uncontested scrums, but because Ofa is back from the bin, they don't need to have uncontested scrums.

Yep. If you can field a specialist in each front row position, no need for uncontested.

We saw Italy lose an extra man in 6N because their reserve hooker got sent off and the starting hooker was injured so couldn't come back on.
